Do you ship overseas?
Malaysia only for now. But we are looking into it in the near future.
What are your processing and delivery time?
All orders will be packed and shipped within next 2 business working days. During sale events or new collection launch, might be just slight delay.
Delivery time for Peninsular Malaysia will be within 5 days, for West Malaysia will be within 7 days.
All our delivery partner service are reputable express delivery agency. So your orders are safe and won't take too long to arrive your doorstep.
We will do our best to shipped your items as soon as we can and we appreciate your patient with us.
How do I know my order has been placed?
An confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been successfully placed.
Another dispatched email with tracking no. will be sent to you once your package dispatched.
What happen if I don't receive my order?
We sincerely apologise for such matter and will try our best to make it right for you.
Firstly, please email us at support@tigerorchids.com with title SHIPPING DELAY and include your receipt no. if you haven't receive your order more than 7 days.
In case your undelivered package sent back to us. We will notify you and take it from there.
